LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apartment at Vitality on Howell!!! I cannot speak more highly of the staff here. Marissa, Asset Manager for the property, went above and beyond to make sure my relocation from Tacoma went smoothly. The building is very clean and quiet– I do not ever hear my neighbors, which is much needed in busy Capitol Hill. I am super glad that a I chose Vitality to be my new home. If you are looking for a new place in Seattle, move to Vitality!!!

I just moved into the property and it was a quick and seamless process. A huge thank you to Jeff Dixon, the manager. He graciously worked with my busy schedule in order to show me the units available and get through the application process. His attention to detail and compassion for tenants is unparalleled. The units are also incredible and the building is well maintained. I would recommend this to anybody seeking a easy and carefree living environment in Cap Hill. Thanks again Jeff!
